Our Leadership

Jane Snecinski | FACHE, MRMC, MBA

President

Jane Snecinski has nearly 20 years of direct hospital experience, and has spent an additional fourteen years in developing a post acute specialty consulting practice. Prior to entering the consulting arena, Ms. Snecinski had administrative and management operational responsibilities for a variety of hospital departments within acute care hospitals including the post acute service line.

She has been instrumental in the training of management and clinical/medical staff through periods of transition, directing turn-key program and service implementation, and facilitating collaborative process improvement teams to improve performance and development of new systems of delivery of care.

When national attention turned to compliance, and regular and ongoing audits by external contractors of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other federal agencies, she obtained additional billing and coding experience and responded by developing compliance services specifically to meet the unique needs of the post acute continuum of care.

She is a popular speaker at conferences and webinars, and is frequently published. She has a long tenure and association with CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
