Rehab Repository
We often get questions from providers regarding issues where it would be helpful to be able to compare their rehabilitation programs/services measurements to similar programs/services measurements. The Rehab Repository provides that operational information at your fingertips.
What is the Rehab Repository?
It is a collection of operational information specific to inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs and services developed using input from a wide variety of post acute providers nationwide. The input is aggregated by provider and level of care to help you operationally and financially plan your program. It will help you answer such critical questions as:
- How does our therapy productivity compare to similar organizations? (Inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, etc.)
- How do our nursing care hours/per patient day compare to other inpatient rehabilitation providers?
- Do other skilled nursing facilities use therapy assistants/techs?
- Have other post acute providers implemented successful programs to actually decrease falls?
How can you participate?
All it takes to be part of this data pool is to respond to an operational survey a few times per year. Your information remains anonymous. Reports are categorized by provider type to allow for aggregating the data (e.g., inpatient, not-for-profit, academic brain injury program; multi-disciplinary outpatient therapy services, etc.)
What do you get in return?
The chance to have input into defining national benchmarks and a resource available for your own use. Following the return of the surveys, participants receive a detailed report of the survey data. At other times, if you need specific data, it is just an email away. If we don’t have the answer you need, we will include your data need in our next survey.
